Civil Engineer for a Construction Company in Karachi, Pakistan

A reputable construction company in Karachi Pakistan is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and overseeing construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities • Plan design and oversee construction projects from start to finish • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications • Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to establish project requirements and develop solutions • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects • Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget • Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation • Ensure all relevant permits and licenses are obtained for projects • Manage project documentation including contracts change orders progress reports etc • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members Requirements • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field • Minimum of 3 years experience in the construction industry preferably with experience in managing large-scale projects • Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software programs • Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and safety standards • Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills Salary
