Assistant Manager – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

QME Corporation—the company behind Sumo, Mandarin Kitchen, and Café Brie—is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to join our Head Office in Lahore and support our expanding multi-brand, multi-city restaurant operations.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from manpower requisition to onboarding. ✅ Lead headhunting and talent mapping for key positions. ✅ Drive recruitment across multiple cities and business units. ✅ Conduct online screening interviews and coordinate the selection process. ✅ Build a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely closure of vacancies. ✅ Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on structured onboarding and on-the-job induction to ensuensure effective integration of new hires. ✅ Manage recruitment data and HR records through FlowHCM. ✅ Analyze recruitment KPIs and employee turnover trends to drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

✅ 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.

✅ Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and headhunting.

✅ Experience managing high-volume, multi-unit/multi-city hiring.

✅ Hands-on experience with FlowHCM or a comparable HRIS.

✅ Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

✅ Hospitality, retail, or other multi-site industry experience will be an advantage.
