Associate Network & System Engineer

You will provide technical support to end users and assist the infrastructure team in maintaining secure server and network environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot end user devices and endpoint security software.

• Provide first and second level support to users via the helpdesk.

• Maintain and monitor Azure and Microsoft Intune environments.

• Coordinate with IT vendors for equipment procurement and manage the IT asset register and stock inventory.

• Assist in the maintenance and management of network security devices and virtual environments.

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.

• Proficiency with Azure and Microsoft Intune.

• Knowledge of system and network infrastructure.

• Understanding of VOIP and security domains.

• Experience with Helpdesk management and Level-1 support.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
