Ravi Exchange Company (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Teller / Cashier to join our branch operations team in South District, Karachi .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash, foreign currency, and remittance-related transactions while ensuring accuracy, excellent customer service, and compliance with company procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply

• Experience in foreign exchange, remittances, banking, cash handling, or a related field will be preferred

• Good numerical and cash-handling skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused attitude with professional behavior

• Honest, responsible, punctual, and willing to learn

• Candidates residing in Karachi, particularly South District , will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash and foreign currency transactions accurately and efficiently

• Receive, count, verify, and maintain local and foreign currency according to company procedures

• Process remittance transactions and related customer requests

• Assist customers with currency exchange and remittance-related queries

• Maintain accurate transaction records and required documentation

• Verify transactions and supporting documents in accordance with company procedures

• Ensure proper cash handling, balancing, and reconciliation

• Provide professional and courteous customer service

• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and applicable compliance requirements

• Coordinate with branch team members to ensure smooth daily operations
