Our client National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is looking for a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager (AVP) in Karachi The Nations Bank, National Bank of Pakistan aims to support the financial well-being of the Nation along with enabling sustainable growth and inclusive development through its wide local and international network of branches. In line with our strategy, the Bank is looking for talented, dedicated and experienced professional(s) for the following position in the area of Corporate & Investment Bankin g.

Educational /Professional Qualif ication:

Minimum Graduation in Business Studies and / or Finance and / or Commerce and / orEconomics and / or Accounting and / or Engineering and / or relevant field and / orequivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized byHEC of

PakistanCandidates having a Masters degree and / or professional qualifications, such as CA,ICMA, ACCA or CMA and / or relevant certification(s) and / or additional certifications,such as CFA (any level) or FRM would be preferredEx perience:

Minimum 06 years of experience in Banking Industry, out of which 0 3 years inCorporate Credit and / or Corpora te Lending

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledg e Required:

Financial analysis with strong wri te-up skillsProficiency in MS OfficeAnalytical mindset, ownership and ability to work un der pressureStrong capability in preparing credit memos and managing client engagementsSound understanding of SBP Commercial / Corporate Borrower regulations and creditproducts for lar ge borrowersOutline of Main Duties / Resp onsibilities To identify, originate and onboard new corporate clients in line with t he Banks riskappetite and growth strategy, including screening of prospects as per approved targetmarkets and policies To manage end-to-end client relationships i.e. from pitch preparatio n and facilitystructuring to disbursement, portfolio monitoring and ongoing cl ient servicing To prepare timely and comprehensive credit proposals, includin g assessment ofindustry dynamics, client strengths / weaknesses and ensuring proper documentationand housekeeping of as signed accounts To work closely with the Unit Head to identify top-tier prospects within assignedsegments, analyze their competitive positioning and mitigate poten tial risks while positioning the Bank as the preferred financial partner To proactively manage and monitor the Banks exposure across assigned accounts,ensuring facilities are appropriately structured, classified, and contr olled in line wi th credit processes To drive revenue growth by cross-selling Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury /FX, and other banking solutions, in collaboration with Product Teams (Treasury,Transaction Banking, Trade and Investment Banking), and achieve assi gned businesstargetsTo support the team in maximizing revenues from both new and existing clientsthrough effective relationship management and product penetration To perform any other assignment as assi gned by superviso r(s)Place of Posting:

Employment Type

The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed ondiscretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensationpackage and other benefits as per Banks Policy / rules.
