Residential Project Manager

Key responsibilities Programme: Build and maintain the works schedule; sequence trades so civil, MEP, joinery, and finishes don't collide; flag slippage early with a recovery plan. Site supervision: Daily presence on site. Enforce setting-out accuracy, quality of finish, and safety on site. Design intent: Read and interpret layouts, elevations, and detail drawings. Raise clashes and buildability issues before work starts, not after. Procurement & vendors: Source and manage contractors and suppliers (joinery, stone, tiling, electrical, HVAC, paint, soft furnishings). Compare quotes, negotiate rates, verify material specs on delivery. Cost control: Track BOQ vs. actuals, maintain the variation log, and get written client approval before any extra work proceeds. Client interface: Weekly progress updates with photos; manage expectations on timelines and change requests without committing to scope changes unilaterally. Closeout: Snag list, rectification, final handover documentation, and defects-liability follow-up. Requirements 4+ years managing residential interior fit-outs end to end; at least two projects delivered from bare shell to handover. Fluent reading of architectural and interior working drawings. Working knowledge of AutoCAD; SketchUp an advantage. MS Project or equivalent for scheduling; strong Excel for BOQ tracking. An existing, tested contractor and supplier network in Lahore. Practical grasp of local material rates, labour rates, and realistic lead times.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
