Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong Full Stack Developer with client-facing and closing experience who can understand client requirements, participate in technical discussions, present solutions, and help secure international and remote projects.

Tech Stack Python | Golang | Elixir | MERN (Plus) | Ruby on Rails (Plus)

Candidates do not need to be experts in every technology listed. Strong technical fundamentals, adaptability, and the ability to confidently handle client queries are more important.

Requirements • 3–5 years of professional Full Stack Development experience • Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and business dealing skills • Proven client-facing experience • Experience in closing deals, converting opportunities, or handling business discussions is highly preferred • Confidence in technical discussions and client interviews • Ability to quickly understand project requirements and propose suitable technical solutions • Experience with international or remote clients is highly preferred • Experience with freelance platforms such as Upwork is a plus • Ability to confidently explain and defend technical decisions • Strong professional presence and communication skills • Willingness to work onsite at DHA Phase 3, Lahore

Preferred • Experience working with international clients • Experience handling technical sales or pre-sales discussions • Experience with Upwork or similar freelance platforms • Immediate joiner or short notice availability
