About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our remote Scouts team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting attorneys in fast-paced legal environments, preferably within international law firms. Familiarity with U.S. legal processes will be considered a strong advantage. This role requires strong organizational skills, legal research capability, and hands-on experience with legal case management systems, especially Clio. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, briefs, contracts, and correspondence Conduct legal research and summarize findings for case preparation Manage and organize case files using Clio or similar legal practice management software Track deadlines, court dates, and filings to ensure timely compliance Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required Support discovery processes, including document review and management Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all legal documentation Assist with administrative legal tasks as assigned Requirements Proven experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant Prior experience working with international law firms is required Hands-on experience with Clio (legal practice management software) is strongly preferred Exposure to U.S. legal systems or clients is a strong plus Strong legal research, writing, and document drafting skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting U.S.-based attorneys or clients Familiarity with litigation support, corporate law, or contract law Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn legal tools and platforms
