Project Manager - Lahore

Job Opportunity: Project Manager – Nationwide Operations (Read JD Before Apply) Location: Lahore Basic Salary: PKR 110,000 KPI Incentive: PKR 20,000

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to independently manage a nationwide field operations project.

Requirements: • Lahore-based candidates preferred. • Minimum Bachelor’s/Graduation. • Relevant experience managing Merchandisers and Brand Ambassador (BA) programs. • Proven experience managing 200–250 team members nationwide. • Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Strong project and team management, coordination, reporting, and client-handling skills. • Ability to independently manage nationwide operations and ensure smooth project execution. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage overall execution of the nationwide project and field operations. • Lead and monitor a large team of Merchandisers and Brand Ambassadors across Pakistan. • Coordinate with the client and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project execution. • Monitor team performance, KPIs, attendance, deployment, and operational targets. • Prepare and review regular operational and performance reports. • Identify operational challenges and implement timely corrective actions. • Ensure smooth communication and coordination across all locations.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
