Job Overview

Resource Linked is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic retail team responsible for customer service, sales performance, and store presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities • Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide accurate, detailed product information. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, features, benefits, and promotions. • Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and an outstanding customer experience. • Operate POS systems efficiently to process purchases, returns, exchanges, and transactions accurately. • Assist with inventory by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and reporting low stock or discrepancies. • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing store environment. • Collaborate with the store team and leadership to execute sales strategies, promotions, and special offers. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to provide relevant advice, recommendations, and improve service quality. • Adhere to company policies, procedures, ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism. • Adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced retail environments while maintaining enthusiasm, efficiency, and professionalism.

Requirements • Education: BA / BSc / BCom / FA / FSC / BBA/ ADP • Minimum 1 to 2 years of Retail experience required • Sales Techniques • Communication Skills • Customer Service Skills • Inventory Management • Point of Sales (POS) Systems • Product knowledge
