Salary: PKR 90,000 – 100,000
We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs, managing client accounts, and supporting learning & development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver training and development programs.
• Manage regional client accounts.
• Coordinate with internal and client teams.
• Monitor training effectiveness and performance.
• Prepare training reports and presentations.
Required Skills
• Prior experience as a Trainer.
• Agency background is preferred.
• Experience with Unilever or any beauty brand is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Trainer.
• Experience in FMCG or beauty industry will be an advantage.
