Presales Consultant – Security Services, MSP & MSSP

Location: Karachi, Pakistan — On-site at NASTP

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM | Monday–Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a Presales Consultant to support technical and commercial solutioning across our MSP, MSSP, and cybersecurity services. The role works closely with Sales, Delivery, Clients, and Technology Partners from discovery through onboarding. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client discovery and translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Design solutions covering SOC, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, firewalls, network monitoring, cloud, NOC, backup, and DR.

• Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, BOQs, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, and costing models.

• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and POCs.

• Support sales-to-delivery handover, client onboarding, renewals, and service upgrades.

• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and technology partners.

• Maintain presales templates, playbooks, and solution documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, Telecommunications, or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting within MSP, MSSP, cybersecurity, or IT services.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, managed services, cloud, networking, SOC/SIEM, and endpoint security.

• Experience with BOQs, SOWs, proposals, solution architecture, and costing.

• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.

• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and NIST.
