Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production & Inventory Manager who can efficiently manage production operations, inventory, manpower, and operational costs. The ideal candidate should be able to optimize workforce utilization, reduce unnecessary labor costs, minimize wastage, and improve overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities • Manage daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow. • Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements. • Optimize labor utilization and control unnecessary manpower costs. • Improve productivity while maintaining required quality standards. • Manage raw materials, finished goods, and inventory records. • Monitor stock movement, usage, wastage, and discrepancies. • Maintain accurate production and inventory data. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. • Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, production, and management teams. • Identify areas where production time, labor, and material costs can be reduced. • Maintain efficient processes to achieve production targets with optimal resources. • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.

Requirements • Experience in Production, Inventory, Operations, or Manufacturing Management. • Strong understanding of manpower planning and workforce efficiency. • Good knowledge of inventory and stock control. • Strong Excel and data-management skills. • Ability to analyze production and labor costs. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage teams and meet production targets. • Experience with ERP or inventory management software is a plus.
