Role Description IGCSE Teachers at Roots International Schools and Colleges in Karachi are responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons aligned with the IGCSE curriculum. This full-time, on-site role involves preparing detailed lesson plans, teaching subject content using varied instructional strategies, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Daily tasks include evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, supporting individualized learning needs, and maintaining accurate records of progress.

IGCSE Teachers collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, participate in training and professional development activities, communicate regularly with parents and guardians, and contribute to school events and co-curricular initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with demonstrable experience in IGCSE or similar international curricula.

Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design structured, outcome-focused lessons and support student development.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, student guidance, and engagement with families and colleagues.
