Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Resident Medical Officer (Obstetrics and Gynecology) based in Karachi. The role includes providing medical care and support to patients in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department, assisting in routine and emergency procedures, monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with consultants and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Sound knowledge and practical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, including patient care and emergency management.

Strong diagnostic, clinical, and medical decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively.

MBBS degree recognized by the relevant medical council and registered medical practitioner certification.

Experience with hospital-based systems and electronic medical records is a plus.
