Banking & ERP Finance Integration Expert

We are seeking an experienced Banking & ERP Finance Integration Expert for a 6-month part-time remote assignment supporting a KSA-based project.

The successful candidate will provide specialist expertise across Banking, ERP Finance and financial systems integration, working remotely with Finance, Treasury, Banking, ERP and Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on Bank-to-ERP financial integrations.

• Work with Finance, Treasury, Banking, ERP and Technical teams to define integration requirements.

• Support integrations involving APIs, Host-to-Host (H2H), SFTP and automated bank feeds.

• Advise on payment processing, payment status updates and bank reconciliation.

• Review and validate financial transaction flows between banking systems and ERP platforms.

• Support GL, AP, AR, Treasury and Cash Management processes.

• Review accounting flows, financial controls and reconciliation processes.

• Support interface specifications, data mapping, testing and issue resolution.

• Provide guidance on SWIFT, ISO 20022 and relevant banking file formats.

• Support SIT/UAT, integration testing and defect resolution.

• Coordinate with banks, ERP vendors, implementation partners and technical teams.

• Provide recommendations for improving automation, reconciliation and financial transaction processing.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–12+ years of relevant experience in banking, ERP finance, financial systems integration or finance transformation.

• Strong knowledge of ERP Finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, Treasury and Cash Management.

• Proven experience with Banking-to-ERP integrations.

• Strong understanding of Bank APIs, H2H, SFTP and automated bank feeds.

• Experience with payment processing and bank reconciliation.

• Knowledge of SWIFT / ISO 20022 / banking payment and file formats.

• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar.

• Strong understanding of accounting flows and financial controls.

• Ability to work effectively with Finance, Treasury, Banking, ERP and Technical teams.

• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience with Saudi Arabia / KSA banking or financial systems projects.

• Experience in large-scale ERP or finance transformation projects.

• Background in banking, Big Four, ERP consulting or financial technology.

• Experience working with regional or international banks.

• Experience supporting integrations from requirements through testing and implementation.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a senior, hands-on specialist who can effectively bridge the gap between Finance, Banking and Technology.

You should be comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time environment, providing expert advice, reviewing solutions and collaborating with stakeholders across different functions.
