1. Job Purpose

Salt Pakistan is seeking an experienced and dynamic to oversee all departments, ensure operational excellence, and drive business performance across the organization. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

The successful candidate will act as the face of Salt Pakistan, uphold international brand standards, lead departmental heads, and ensure that all business functions operate efficiently and in alignment with the company's objectives.

2. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and monitor all departments, including Operations, FOH, BOH, HR, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, and Administration. • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all branches and maintain consistent service and product quality. • Act as the primary representative of Salt Pakistan, maintaining a professional image and protecting the brand's reputation. • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives. • Monitor departmental performance, establish KPIs, and ensure accountability across all teams. • Lead, guide, and evaluate departmental heads and branch management teams. • Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards. • Monitor sales, costs, profitability, labor efficiency, food costs, and operational expenses in coordination with relevant departments. • Ensure exceptional guest experience, food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction. • Identify operational challenges, resolve cross-departmental issues, and implement corrective actions. • Support business expansion, new branch openings, and the development of scalable operational systems. • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety requirements, and applicable laws and regulations. • Coordinate with senior management on business performance, operational risks, expansion plans, and strategic decisions. • Build a culture of professionalism, teamwork, discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.

3. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. • Proven senior-level experience in the QSR and Food & Beverage industry is essential. • Experience managing multiple departments, teams, or restaurant branches. • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, cost control, service standards, and business performance. • Experience with premium restaurant brands, international chains, or multi-branch operations will be an advantage. • Demonstrated success in leading teams, improving operational performance, and supporting business growth.

6. Role Expectations

The Head of Operations will serve as a key leadership representative of Salt Pakistan, ensuring that all departments work cohesively toward common business goals. The individual must demonstrate the experience, authority, and professional presence required to represent the brand and lead its next phase of growth.

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month
