Role Description The Personal Banker – Liabilities (Multan) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing liability products such as deposits and accounts for individual customers. The role involves acquiring new customers, opening and maintaining deposit and current accounts, and advising customers on suitable banking products to meet their financial needs. The Personal Banker will handle day-to-day customer interactions at the branch, respond to inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high standards of service quality. The role also includes meeting sales and service targets, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth account operations.

Qualifications • Candidates should possess skills in Personal Banking and customer relationship management. • Candidates should possess skills in Deposits and Opening New Accounts, including documentation and KYC processes. • Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service, communication, and complaint handling. • Candidates should possess knowledge of Finance and basic banking products and regulations. • Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field. • Prior experience in branch banking or retail banking roles is preferred. • Ability to work with targets, maintain accuracy, and adhere to compliance and ethical standards. • Proficiency in MS Office and core banking systems, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
