Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
o Provide prompt, professional, and effective communication.
- Project Management:
o Act as a bridge between clients and the production team, ensuring clear understanding of client needs and seamless project execution.
o Manage multiple SEO projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Recurring Payments & Upsells:
o Manage and process client subscription renewals and recurring payments.
o Identify upsell opportunities and propose value-added services to clients.
- Client Renewals:
o Foster long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and retention rates.
o Regularly update clients on project progress, insights, and results.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in SEO project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, specifically SEO.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Experience with CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
