Job Description

As a Medical Coder Trainee, you will receive hands-on training in medical coding and healthcare documentation. You will work with patient records, learn industry standards, and develop the skills needed for a successful career in healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities • Review and verify patient records and medical documentation. • Learn medical coding and healthcare documentation processes. • Ensure healthcare records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained. • Assist senior team members with daily operational tasks. • Work with healthcare software and computer-based systems. • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information. • Follow company policies and quality standards. • Participate in training sessions and professional development activities. • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Education

Fresh graduates with any of the following qualifications are encouraged to apply: • MBBS • DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) • Pharm-D • BDS • BS Nursing • Other healthcare-related degrees

Skills & Qualifications • Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare concepts. • Good attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally. • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and internet usage. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Positive attitude and professional work ethic. • No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Working Hours • Summer: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM • Winter: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
