Job Description
Location: B-40 SG ALLIED BUSINESSES LIMITED SITE Karachi
Experience: 3–5 years in a similar recovery/collections role
We are looking for a mature, confident and results-oriented Recovery Officer to join our team.
Requirements: • Mid-30s preferred • 3–5 years of proven experience in recovery/collections, preferably in a similar industry • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Confident and professional personality • Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities • Ability to handle customers professionally while achieving recovery targets • Good reporting and record-keeping skills • Self-motivated, persistent and target-oriented
Key Responsibilities: • Follow up with customers for outstanding payments • Maintain regular contact and develop professional relationships with customers • Negotiate payment schedules where required • Monitor outstanding accounts and ensure timely recovery • Maintain accurate recovery records and provide regular reports • Meet monthly recovery targets
