Position : Sales Executive – Real Estate Job Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, presenting properties, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, social media, and other channels. • Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable options. • Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits. • Present property features, prices, payment plans, and investment opportunities to clients. • Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales. • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. • Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Stay updated on property market trends, prices, and new developments. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and booking process.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred. • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. • Customer-focused and target-oriented approach. • Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. • A valid driving license and own transportation may be preferred.

Salary : 30k to 50k

Location : Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
