English Language Instructor (Part-Time)

Shams Commercial Institute is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and dedicated English Language Instructor to join our academic team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will help students build confidence and fluency in spoken English, business communication, and core grammar skills to enhance their academic and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive, student-centered lessons focused on spoken fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary building.

• Conduct practical communication sessions, group discussions, and presentations to improve student confidence.

• Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans aligned with institute curriculum standards.

• Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, speaking evaluations, and practical assignments.

• Maintain attendance records and provide constructive, motivating feedback to learners.

• Foster an engaging, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (Master’s or TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus).

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching English / Spoken English / Business Communication at a coaching center, language academy, or institute.

• Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of verbal and written English with clear articulation.

• Teaching Style: Energetic, student-focused, and capable of teaching students from diverse learning backgrounds.

• Punctual, reliable, and professionally committed.

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
