Hiring: Network Support Technician (L2)

Sharp Brains is seeking a Network Support Technician (L2) for an upcoming onsite network migration project in Martinique, France.
Key Responsibilities • Perform onsite network cabling and connections. • Establish console access to network devices. • Assist with network migration activities. • Coordinate with remote engineering teams. • Provide progress updates and assist with basic troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Equipment • Hands-on experience with network devices and console connections. • Familiarity with Cisco networking equipment. • Laptop with compatible console drivers. • USB-A to Mini-USB console cable. • Cisco RJ-45 console cable and compatible USB-to-serial adapter. • Basic English communication skills.
Candidate Requirements • Background in network support, network engineering, or IT infrastructure. • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. • Availability for onsite assignments on an on-call basis.
