Production Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities • Production Planning: Develop daily and weekly production schedules and ensure timely execution. • Process Optimization: Improve machinery efficiency and workflow for maximum productivity. • Quality Control: Maintain product standards and implement quality assurance procedures. • Team Coordination: Supervise and guide the workforce during shifts. • Safety Compliance: Enforce factory safety rules and labor regulations.
Requirements • Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Industrial / Production) • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing • Knowledge of SAP B1 or other ERP systems preferred • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
