Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Club Lounge to oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge and ensure a premium hospitality experience for elite and high-profile customers. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in restaurant, or hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage staff and operations.

Key Responsibilities • Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the club lounge. • Ensure exceptional hospitality and customer service, particularly for elite-class customers. • Oversee restaurant/lounge operations, including service quality, staff performance, and customer satisfaction. • Manage and supervise front-end staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. • Handle and monitor beverage operations, inventory, and service standards. • Oversee sales activities and support the achievement of monthly sales targets. • Monitor accounts, daily sales, expenses, and operational records. • Ensure proper use of restaurant management software and ERP systems. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, service, and hospitality. • Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain strong customer relationships. • Coordinate with management regarding operational, financial, and sales matters. • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Key Skills & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, club, lounge, or hospitality management. • Proven experience dealing directly with customers, particularly premium or elite clientele. • Strong knowledge of restaurant management software and ERP systems. • Good understanding of accounts, sales, beverages, and daily operational management. • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong waiter/staff management and leadership abilities. • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
