Role Description The German Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Punjab, Pakistan. The teacher will plan and deliver German language lessons, design curricula aligned with learner levels, and prepare instructional materials that build reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing learner progress, providing feedback, maintaining class records, and adjusting instructional strategies to support diverse learning needs. The role involves tutoring individuals or small groups as needed, organizing training sessions, and collaborating with colleagues to align language education with organizational objectives. The German Teacher is also expected to participate in occasional meetings, contribute to educational initiatives, and uphold a professional and inclusive classroom environment. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong German Teaching and general Teaching skills relevant to language instruction. • Candidates should possess skills in Education and Tutoring to support varied learning styles and levels. • Candidates should possess Training skills to design and deliver structured learning programs. • Proficiency in German (spoken and written), with the ability to teach grammar, vocabulary, and conversation at multiple levels. • Relevant degree or certification in German language, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. • Experience teaching German in classroom or corporate settings is highly beneficial. • Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive and respectful teaching practices. • Ability to work on-site full time in Punjab, Pakistan, and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
