Role Description The Teaching Staff role is a remote contract position responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences across Skill Club Pakistan’s educational and skill development programs. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering virtual lessons, facilitating interactive activities, and adapting teaching strategies to diverse age groups and learning needs.

Teaching

Staff members develop and refine curricula aligned with program objectives, incorporate digital tools and practical exercises, and maintain an engaging, inclusive online learning environment. • Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering lessons to learners of different ages and backgrounds.

• Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills to design structured, engaging, and goal-oriented learning sessions.

• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way and provide constructive feedback.

• Candidates should ideally have experience with online teaching platforms, digital tools, and interactive learning methods.

• Relevant academic background in Education, Training, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in teaching or instructional design are an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain reliable internet connectivity.

• Experience in skill development programs such as STEM, digital skills, public speaking, or professional training is beneficial.
