Healthcare Specialist

Role Description The Healthcare Specialist role at National Wireless Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Faisalabad. The Healthcare Specialist will support the integration of healthcare practices and requirements into technology solutions, ensuring that systems and services align with medical standards and patient care needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing healthcare workflows, coordinating with medical and technical teams, assisting in creating training materials for healthcare-related software, and providing guidance on best practices in healthcare operations. The role also involves communicating clearly with internal stakeholders and clients, participating in trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions, and helping maintain accurate healthcare documentation for projects.

Qualifications • Candidates should possess foundational healthcare and medical knowledge, including experience or training in Medicine and EMT or similar emergency care fields. • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain healthcare requirements clearly. • Candidates should possess experience in Training, particularly in delivering or supporting healthcare-related trainings, workshops, or user education. • Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Healthcare systems, workflows, and standards, with the ability to translate them into practical processes. • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Nursing, Paramedical Sciences, Public Health, or a related healthcare discipline are preferred. • Ability to work on-site in Faisalabad, manage time effectively, and adapt to a technology-driven, fast-paced environment. • Basic familiarity with health IT or digital health solutions, along with proficiency in using standard office and communication software, is beneficial.
