About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mathematics Teacher with strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven online teaching experience.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering live online Mathematics classes as well as supporting academic activities that contribute to student learning and curriculum quality.

Working Hours • 8 hours per day • 6 hours of live teaching • 2 hours of academic responsibilities • Academic responsibilities may include lesson planning, assessment preparation, student progress monitoring, academic meetings, curriculum-related tasks, and other teaching support activities.

Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging and interactive live online Mathematics classes. • Teach according to the assigned curriculum, lesson plans, and learning objectives. • Explain mathematical concepts clearly and make complex topics easy to understand. • Prepare lesson plans, examples, activities, assignments, quizzes, and assessments. • Encourage student participation and maintain an engaging virtual classroom. • Monitor student performance and provide constructive academic feedback. • Identify areas where students require additional support and provide appropriate guidance. • Maintain accurate attendance and academic records. • Participate in academic meetings, teacher training, orientations, and curriculum development activities. • Contribute to improving teaching methodologies and academic resources. • Maintain professional standards during online classes, including camera presence, clear audio, professional appearance, and a stable internet connection.

Requirements • BS or MS in Mathematics or a closely related field. • MS/MPhil in Mathematics will be preferred. • 4–5+ years of Mathematics teaching experience. • Previous online teaching experience is mandatory. • Strong conceptual understanding of Mathematics. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts. • Comfortable teaching through Zoom, Google Meet, or similar online platforms. • Strong classroom management and student engagement skills. • Professional, punctual, organized, and committed to high academic standards.
