Location: Remote (Online) Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 8 Hours Daily (6 Teaching Hours + 2 Hours Academic Responsibilities)

About the Role

Source Code Academia is seeking a qualified and passionate Tafseer & Seerah Teacher to deliver engaging live online lectures. The ideal candidate should possess a strong command of Qur'anic Tafseer, the Seerah of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Hadith, and classical Islamic scholarship, with the ability to connect these teachings to contemporary issues through research-based and interactive instruction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality live online lectures in Tafseer and Seerah.

• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and academic resources.

• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Contribute to curriculum development and other academic activities.

• Attend departmental meetings, training sessions, and academic discussions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Dars-e-Nizami (Shahadat-ul-Alamiyah or equivalent) from a recognized institution and/or a MS/MPhil in Islamic Studies, Tafseer, Hadith, Seerah, Shariah, Arabic, or a closely related discipline.

• PhD will be preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of online teaching experience.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Qur'anic Tafseer, Seerah of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Hadith, and related Islamic sciences.

• Ability to explain classical Islamic texts with clarity and authenticity.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Urdu (mandatory).

• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other online teaching platforms.

Professional Camera & Content Policy

As this is an online teaching position, teachers are required to keep their camera turned on during all live classes. Selected candidates must provide a professional high-resolution profile photograph and participate in the creation of educational and promotional content, including introductory videos and course-related recordings.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
