Open Positions • Branch Manager Experience: 5-7 Years in Retail • Assistant Branch Manager Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Retail • Sales Staff Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Retail Sales

Key Responsibilities • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets. • Maintain high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and store presentation. • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and operates efficiently. • Build lasting customer relationships and promote brand loyalty. • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

• For Branch Manager & Assistant Branch Manager: Lead, coach, and develop the store team, monitor KPIs, manage daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory, and drive overall store performance and profitability.

Requirements • Relevant retail experience as specified for each position. • Excellent communication, selling, and interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities (for managerial roles). • Well-groomed appearance with a professional personality and personal presentation. • Customer-centric mindset with a positive and proactive attitude. • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and deliver results.
