Role Overview: š¹ Lead and mentor Java development teams š¹ Design and deploy enterprise applications (Jakarta EE, Spring Boot) š¹ Ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance š¹ Work with Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes š¹ Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams š¹ Advocate for AI-driven tools and automation
Required Skills: ā 8+ years of experience in Java & related technologies ā 5+ years in a leadership role (mentoring teams, driving initiatives) ā Expertise in Java, OOP, design patterns ā Experience with MS SQL Server, Hibernate, Git, CI/CD pipelines ā Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (Angular) is a plus ā Strong problem-solving & communication skills
