Location: Sabzazar, Lahore Shift: Monday – Friday | 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (EST)

SYNC BPO is looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our U.S. healthcare team as Ophthalmology Reports Study Specialists.

Job Responsibilities • Review ophthalmology reports and diagnostic studies. • Verify documentation accuracy and completeness. • Extract and organize clinical information. • Maintain HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements • Medical billing, medical coding, or healthcare documentation experience preferred. • Knowledge of ophthalmology terminology is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Good written English and computer proficiency. • Ability to work the evening/night shift consistently.
