Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with practical experience in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have experience testing web/mobile applications, management platforms, HR systems, dashboards, and workflow-based applications.
Key Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated testing of software applications.

Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

Conduct functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.

Identify, document, track, and verify software bugs.

Test HR management systems, dashboards, and business workflows.

Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality.

Maintain testing documentation and prepare reports before releases.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant SQA experience.

Practical knowledge of manual and automation testing.

Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.

Familiarity with automation testing and bug-tracking tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
