React Native Lead

Systems Limited is seeking a Lead React Native Developer with 8-12+ years of experience to design, develop, and lead the delivery of enterprise-grade mobile applications within the Banking and FinTech domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile architecture, and native Android/iOS integrations, along with proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.

Experience: 8–12+ Years

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and lead enterprise React Native applications. • Collaborate with Product, QA, Backend, and DevOps teams. • Perform code reviews, mentor developers, and drive best practices. • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. • Support production issues, RCA, and release management.

Required Skills • 8+ years of software development experience. • Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, React Navigation. • Native Android (Java/Kotlin) & iOS (Swift/Objective-C) integration. • REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, JWT. • Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins, CI/CD. • Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox/Appium. • Firebase, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, Push Notifications, Deep Linking. • Mobile security (OWASP, SSL, Certificate Pinning, Secure Storage).

Domain Experience (Mandatory) • Banking / FinTech / Digital Banking. • Customer Onboarding, KYC/eKYC, Payments, Cards, Mobile Banking. • Experience integrating OCR, Face Recognition, or Biometric Authentication is preferred.

Leadership & Soft Skills • Strong ownership and accountability. • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. • Experience leading teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers. • Strong communication and stakeholder management. • Agile/Scrum experience with a quality-first mindset.
