Key Responsibilities
• Strategy & Execution: Devise, launch, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns targeted at audience retention and acquisition.
• Optimization: A/B test email elements (subject lines, copy, layout) and monitor key performance metrics to continuously improve open, click-through, and conversion rates.
• Segmentation: Utilize CRM data to segment audiences effectively and deliver highly personalized, automated email journeys.
• Reporting: Track, analyze, and present campaign performance metrics and ROI to key stakeholders.
