Service Now Developer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Responsibilities • Design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. • Configure and manage ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow functionalities. • Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions. • Create and optimize workflows, Flow Designer flows, and Service Catalog items. • Develop and manage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. • Customize Service Portal and user interfaces to improve user experience. • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform debugging, and ensure platform stability. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. • Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and deployment procedures.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. • Hands-on experience with: • Business Rules and Client Scripts. • Script Includes and UI Policies. • Service Catalog and Service Portal. • Flow Designer and Workflow Editor. • REST/SOAP API integrations. • Glide APIs and UI Actions.
