AutoCad Operator (Architectural)

We are seeking an experienced and detailed Architectural AutoCAD Operator to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating architectural design concepts into precise submission sets, detailed construction working drawings, and comprehensive execution details. Strong expertise in local development authority regulations, specifically DHA (Defence Housing Authority) and LDA (Lahore Development Authority) is required.

Key Responsibilities • Submission Drawings: Prepare complete, compliant architectural submission drawing sets (plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and drain layouts) strictly following DHA and LDA bylaws and procedural guidelines. • Working & Execution Drawings: Draft detailed architectural working drawing packages, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), door/window schedules, staircase details, wall sections, and custom interior/exterior architectural details. • Authority Approvals & Coordination: Coordinate drawing revisions to address comments or objections raised by DHA/LDA scrutiny committees to ensure prompt map approvals. • Site Coordination & As-Builts: Liaise with site engineers and project managers to resolve technical drafting queries and update drawings based on actual site conditions (as-built drawings). • Interdisciplinary Alignment: Coordinate architectural layouts with structural, MEP (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and solar/infrastructure drawings to eliminate clashes prior to execution. • Standardization: Maintain organized digital drawing archives, layer standards, block libraries, and title block templates as per office protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications • Technical Expertise: Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE Civil/Architecture) or B.Tech / Architectural Drafting. • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in architectural drafting within Lahore, with a portfolio of completed DHA and LDA residential and commercial projects. • Software Proficiency: • Expert-level command of AutoCAD (2D drafting). • Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software (SketchUp or Revit) is a plus. • Bylaws Mastery: Deep working knowledge of current DHA Lahore (all phases) and LDA building regulations, including FAR (Floor Area Ratio), setbacks, height limits, mandatory open spaces, coverage percentages, and basement guidelines. • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in dimensioning, annotation, levels, material specifications, and line weights. • Communication: Ability to work collaboratively under tight project schedules with architects, structural engineers, and site managers.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
