Telecom & Networking Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities • Install, configure, and troubleshoot telecom and networking devices. • Configure routers, switches, VPNs, gateways, and wireless networking solutions. • Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site. • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and communication issues. • Prepare technical documentation and reports. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum 6 months of experience in telecom, networking, or technical support. • Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, and Firewalls. • Basic understanding of LTE/4G/5G and Ethernet networking. • CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge will be an advantage. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills in English.
