Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

Textile City Inc., a Mississauga-based home textile company, is hiring an experienced Sales Manager for its Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in home textile sales, product development coordination, and international client management.

Key Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate product development activities to ensure timely completion • Develop and implement best practices to improve product development processes • Oversee product development within approved budgets and timelines • Provide regular project status updates to management • Schedule and conduct meetings to discuss new product ideas and address issues • Develop, maintain, and update detailed product specifications • Recommend innovative designs for existing and new product collections • Guide product upgrades to meet changing business and market demands • Ensure accurate and consistent information flow between design, development, and sales teams • Coordinate with internal teams to support key product development decisions • Review product designs and recommend necessary improvements

Requirements • 5–10 years of proven experience in sales • Experience in IT and/or home textile sales • IT background preferred • 5 to 6 Years Experience in a Call Center As Sales Representative Or Sales Closer • MBA in Marketing from
