We are looking for an experienced and skilled Manager – Embroidery Digitizing to lead our team in a professional call centre environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of embroidery digitizing, excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience managing customer orders and requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise the embroidery digitizing team • Coordinate customer orders, requirements, and revisions • Ensure high-quality digitized embroidery designs • Review designs for accuracy, stitch quality, and production suitability • Communicate professionally with clients and resolve their concerns • Manage workflow, deadlines, and team performance • Train and support digitizers to improve quality and productivity

Requirements: • Proven experience in embroidery digitizing and team management • Strong knowledge of embroidery digitizing processes and software • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced call-centre environment • Experience with customer orders and revisions is preferred
