Role Description The EHS Instructor/Trainer (Islamabad) is a part-time role with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site training in Islamabad with some work-from-home flexibility for preparation and follow-up activities. The role involves planning and delivering Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) training sessions, including NEBOSH-related and general safety training programs, for corporate and industrial clients.

Day-to-day tasks include developing training materials, conducting classroom and practical sessions, assessing participant performance, and updating content in line with current regulations and best practices. The instructor/trainer will collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to tailor programs, maintain training records, and support continuous improvement in safety culture.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety knowledge and practical experience in applying EHS standards.

• Candidates should possess NEBOSH or equivalent internationally recognized Health & Safety certifications.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear presentation and the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Candidates should possess Training and Safety Training skills, with experience designing and delivering structured EHS courses.

• Relevant qualifications in occupational health and safety, engineering, or related disciplines are beneficial.

• Experience working with corporate, industrial, or construction environments is an advantage.

• Ability to use basic digital tools for preparing presentations, managing online sessions, and maintaining training documentation is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to promoting safe work practices are expected.
