Job Description

About American TelePhysicians: American TelePhysicians (ATP) is a U.S.-based healthcare organization providing telemedicine and specialty care solutions to hospitals, healthcare facilities, correctional institutions, and other healthcare organizations across the United States. We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Account Manager to join our Lahore office and serve as a key point of contact between our U.S. healthcare clients and internal operations teams. Key Responsibilities: ● Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned U.S. healthcare clients. ● Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hospitals, healthcare facilities, administrators, and other client stakeholders. ● Coordinate with physicians, scheduling, credentialing, operations, billing, and technology teams to ensure client requirements are met. ● Monitor account performance, service delivery, provider coverage, schedules, patient volumes, and outstanding operational issues. ● Conduct regular client follow-ups and account review meetings. ● Identify and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, with appropriate escalation when necessary. ● Track action items and ensure timely follow-through across internal departments. ● Assist with onboarding and implementation of new healthcare accounts and facilities. ● Coordinate provider credentialing and go-live requirements with relevant internal teams. ● Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, requirements, workflows, and outstanding items. ● Prepare account updates, reports, utilization summaries, and presentations for management and clients. ● Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts by understanding additional specialty and operational needs. ● Work closely with U.S.-based leadership and business development teams to support client retention and growth. Required Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Management Sciences, or a related field. MBA is preferred. ● Minimum 2-4 years of account management, client services, healthcare operations, or similar experience. ● Prior experience working directly with U.S. healthcare clients is strongly preferred. ● Understanding of the U.S. healthcare environment, including hospitals, physician practices, telemedicine, credentialing, medical billing, or healthcare operations. ● Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients. ● Strong client relationship management, problem-solving, organization, and follow-up skills. ● Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, deadlines, and operational issues simultaneously. ● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. ● Experience with CRM, project management, EHR, or healthcare technology platforms is a plus. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is proactive, accountable, organized, and client-focused. The ideal candidate should not simply forward emails or issues between departments. They should take ownership of client needs, coordinate with the appropriate teams, follow through until issues are resolved, and keep both the client and management informed. The candidate should be comfortable communicating with hospital administrators, physicians, healthcare executives, and internal teams in the United States. Working Hours: Because this position supports U.S.-based healthcare clients, the candidate must be comfortable working U.S. business hours / evening hours in Pakistan, as required by assigned accounts. What We Offer: ● Opportunity to work directly with U.S. healthcare organizations and leadership. ● Exposure to telemedicine and specialty healthcare operations. ● Professional growth within an expanding international healthcare organization. ● Collaborative work environment in our Lahore office. ● Opportunity for increased responsibility based on performance.
