📈 WE’RE HIRING: GROWTH MANAGER
Union Enterprises Pakistan is looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
This role is for someone who can think beyond simply running ads—someone who understands how to turn attention into leads, demos, conversions, and paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute growth strategies • Build and optimize marketing funnels • Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Test creatives, offers, messaging, and campaign ideas • Track CPL, leads, demos, conversions, and revenue • Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition and retention • Coordinate with sales, marketing, content, and creative teams • Take ownership of growth projects and measurable results
Ideal Candidate
• Experience in growth or performance marketing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Understanding of customer psychology and positioning • Ability to use data to make decisions • Strong communication and project management skills • Fast execution, accountability, and a growth mindset • Experience with CRM systems and performance dashboards is a plus
