Job Description
Key Responsibilities • Receive, scrutinize, and process property transfer applications and related files. • Verify buyer and seller documents, including CNICs, allotment letters, transfer letters, sale deeds, affidavits, and other required documents. • Check property files for outstanding dues, objections, NOCs, transfer fees, and other applicable charges before processing. • Receive and verify transfer fee challans and ensure payments are properly recorded. • Process transfer, re-allotment, nomination, surrender, gift, inheritance, and other property-related cases as applicable. • Verify Power of Attorney/Mukhtarnama and other legal documents where required. • Ensure that no property/file transfer is processed without the required approvals and authorization. • Maintain accurate records of all transfer cases, transfer registers, files, and supporting documents.
Eligibility Criteria: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field. • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate transfer, property documentation, customer services, or housing society operations. • Prior experience in a real estate developer, housing society, property management company, or development authority will be preferred.
