Director Medical Affairs

To provide clinical and scientific leadership across USMANCO International, ensuring that the company’s scientific promotion, medical education and product positioning are clinically sound, ethical and aligned with the needs of healthcare professionals and patients. The role sets the medical strategy that supports marketing, product management and sales.

-Contribute with medical and clinical expertise in designing of Awareness programs , CME and Brand promotion Strategy.

-Takes leadership in creation and implementation of Medical Devices Promotion Plan/ activities in alignment with Brand strategy.

-Ensures that the Medical Activities meet the needs of KOLS and customers.

-Engages Opinion Leaders in scientific exchange meetings and advisory board meetings. Defines and delivers training on Medical background of the product to various functions in the organization.

Executes the Medical Affairs strategy, working closely with medical affairs, and other commercial stakeholders

What will make you successful

MBBS Doctor or Masters in relevant Scientific field.

3 years relevant experience

Good speaking and presentation skills

Medical Devices work and field experience preferred
