Job Responsibilities

• Model and design RCC and steel structures using ETABS, SAP2000, and STAAD Pro following ACI, AISC, ASCE 7, and BCP 2021 codes. • Perform foundation and slab design using SAFE alongside manual calculation checks. • Prepare and review structural drawings, reinforcement layouts, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) in AutoCAD. • Conduct site inspections, structural condition assessments, and assist in developing retrofitting schemes. • Draft technical reports and calculation packages while ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards. • Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve design conflicts and interface issues. • Verify on-site construction work to ensure full compliance with approved structural drawings. • Support senior engineers during client meetings and technical design presentations. • Perform seismic and wind load analysis to evaluate structural stability under lateral forces. • Utilize BIM tools like Revit or Tekla to build 3D structural models and facilitate coordination. • Utilize BIM tools like Revit or Tekla to build 3D structural models and facilitate coordination.

As Our Ideal Candidate, You Should Have:

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering / Drafting. • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in structural drafting. • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Tekla / Revit is an advantage. • Strong understanding of RCC detailing and steel fabrication drawings. • Ability to read and interpret structural design calculations and drawings. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
