Construction Supervisor – Branch Projects

Role Overview

We are looking for a Construction Supervisor – Branch Projects to supervise and manage construction, renovation, fit-out, and project execution work for Wrap Lab’s new branches.

This role will be responsible for ensuring that all construction-related activities are completed according to approved plans, timelines, quality standards, BOQs, layouts, safety requirements, and brand specifications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising construction sites, coordinating with contractors, vendors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, civil teams, MEP teams, and interior/fit-out teams. The person must be able to manage daily site progress, identify delays, resolve execution issues, and ensure smooth handover of branches for operations.

Key Responsibilities • Supervise new branch construction and fit-out work • Monitor daily site progress and project timelines • Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior teams • Ensure work is completed as per layout, BOQ, and brand standards • Follow up with contractors, vendors, and project teams • Check finishing quality, materials, measurements, and workmanship • Maintain daily progress reports with pictures and updates • Support final snagging, readiness checks, and branch handover

Requirements • 3–5 years of construction or site supervision experience • Restaurant, QSR, retail, or commercial outlet project experience preferred • Good understanding of civil, MEP, finishing, and fit-out work • Ability to read layouts, drawings, measurements, and BOQs • Strong contractor coordination and follow-up skills • Comfortable with regular site visits and project pressure • Detail-oriented, active, disciplined, and quality-focused

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
