Position Summary

XenMD is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Consultant – Medical Billing Services to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consulting with prospective healthcare providers, understanding their billing and revenue cycle challenges, and recommending tailored solutions that help improve their practice performance.

This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, psychologists, behavioral health providers, and medical practice owners throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities • Engage with prospective healthcare providers and medical practices to understand their billing and operational needs. • Present XenMD's Medical Billing, Credentialing, Revenue Cycle Management, and related services. • Conduct consultations and discovery calls with healthcare providers. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects. • Prepare service proposals, pricing quotations, and presentations. • Follow up with leads and nurture opportunities through the sales process. • Build long-term professional relationships with clients and referral partners. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. • Coordinate with internal billing, credentialing, and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client experience. • Stay informed about healthcare billing trends, insurance requirements, and industry developments. • Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or customer-facing roles. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. • Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized. • Experience in healthcare, medical billing, healthcare outsourcing, or BPO sales is preferred but not required.
